We readily accept responsibility for returns and issue refunds for orders wherein errors have been made on our behalf (e.g. wrong size, wrong item, items not being in new condition).

In cases wherein you are dissatisfied with your order for less compromising reasons, we accept returns within 30 days of purchase delivery but can only offer item exchanges or store credit. Returned items must still be in their brand new condition, i.e. not yet worn, washed, etc. (Package opening is fine). Return shipping costs are to be paid by the customer.
